Who we are
Vesica Piscis is a privately held firm that owns and advises software companies. We take positions in businesses we believe in, and then contribute the thing capital alone cannot — strategy, product judgment and operating discipline, applied from inside. The firm operates from Draper, Utah.
The name is the vesica piscis: the shape formed where two circles meet, each passing through the other’s center. It is the oldest figure in constructive geometry — the lens from which the triangle, the square and the root of three are all drawn. Nothing is built from one circle alone. We think the same is true of companies. The future gets made in the overlap.

Management consulting for software organizations — product and engineering leadership, operating cadence, and commercial strategy. Engagements are selective and hands-on.
